John Cena, a famous name in the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) world, has announced his retirement. In a social media post on platform X on July 7, WWE provided this big update related to the superstar.
John Cena entered WWE with training in the year 2001 and then joined WWE in the year 2002. This particular time frame also falls under the “Ruthless Aggression” time period and the “PG” era of the WWE and it was during this time that John Cena grabbed the face of the WWE. Soon he became a superstar and claimed the WWE Championship title record 16 times, making him among the celebrated wrestlers.

Similar to The Rock aka Dwayne Johnson, Cena also revealed that he started trying to develop an acting career in 2018 although he is a WWE wrestler. He made an electrifying comeback to the ring and recently got into WrestleMania 40 where he accompanied Cody Rhodes in a victory against Roman Reigns for the WWE championship.
