IPL 2024: South African Speedster Anrich Nortje Joins Delhi Capitals

The Delhi Capitals (DC) cricket team got some good news this week. Their star fast bowler, Anrich Nortje, from South Africa, finally joined the team. He missed their first game this season, which they unfortunately lost to the Punjab Kings (PBKS) by just 4 wickets.

Anrich Nortje is a fast bowler, and his absence was a big problem for DC in their first match. They were trying to chase down a score of 175 runs, but the Punjab Kings batsmen kept hitting boundaries. While some of DC’s spinners, Kuldeep Yadav and Khaleel Ahmed, bowled well, the pace attack really missed Nortje’s speed.
