India’s Football loving state “Manipur” is eagerly waiting for hosting tri nation series in March 2023

Under the new leadership of Kalyan Chaubey and Shaji Prabhakaran as President and Secretary, where the idea of vision 2047 has been brought into existence, things are changing swiftly for Indian football.

The national football federation is actively seeking to alter the ecosystem’s infrastructure.

Speaking about recent developments, the Manipur government and the Indian Football Federation have partnered to organise a tri-nation series that also includes Myanmar and the Kyrgyz Republic.

People in the state that loves football are quite pleased about this news as of right now.

So far Manipur has produced 50 International players and Oinam Bembem Devi hails from the state and often touted as one of the best footballers is pretty excited about this as organizing national matches in the city will inspire next lot of players to pick up the sport professionally.

AIFF is trying hard to expand game in all parts of India and it can be only done after organizing games at tier 2 and tier 3 cities frequently.

As per members of AIFF, it is starting with Men’s National team matches but ultimaely we will organize women’s national side matches going further.
