India all-rounder Hardik Pandya who has been recovered from his back issue has sent a strong message to everyone before the South Africa ODI series by playing a swashbuckling knock of 105 off just 39 balls in an encounter against CAG in the ongoing 16th DY Patil Cup in Mumbai on Tuesday.

But there is someone who found the knock extra special and could not her excitement after seeing Pandya play that amazing inning. It is none other than Pandya’s fiancé, Natasa Stankovic.

The actress posted a picture of Hardik Pandya on one of her Instagram stories and was left impressed by his future husband’s extraordinary effort. She wrote, “37-ball hundred for Hardik ‘Kung Fu’ Pandya.”

The right-hand batsman welcomed the New Year by announcing his engagement to longtime girlfriend and actress Natasa Stankovic. The explosive all-rounder posted a video on his official Instagram account and shared a few pictures of the special moment where he can be seen proposing to Natasa.

After playing the knock, he shared that he pretty is happy with the way he has been shaping up after being away from the action for nearly six months. The all-rounder further stated that the ongoing tournament will give him an amazing platform to see and analyze his game before staging a comeback into the Indian team.

When asked how did he plan his knock, Pandya revealed that there is no plan from his side, he just knocks every ball out of the park if it is in his arc. He does not go to the field with the idea that he needs to smash every ball for a six.

Hardik Pandya

Hardik Pandya has been out of the game due to back injury he suffered last year. He was included in the squad that toured New Zealand but he was unable to prove his fitness and as a result, he was excluded from the squad. The Indian team would surely need the services of Hardika Pandya this year because the management would want their ace all-rounder to have his mojo back before the T20I World Cup starts in Australia later this year.
