Former Indian Cricketer Manoj Prabhakar Accused of Cheating, Booked For Trespassing

Former Indian cricketer, Manoj Prabhakar has found himself in deep trouble as he has been booked for trespassing case by a woman. The Delhi Police has filed a case of alleged house-trespass, cheating, forgery, and criminal conspiracy against former Indian cricketer, Manoj Prabhakar, his wife, son and two others.

A lady named Sanhya Sharma owns a flat at the second floor of an apartment in Sarvapriya Vihar. In her complaint, she told that her husband Laxmi Chand Pandit purchased the house and lived there till 2006 before she with her family shifted in London.

56-year old Manoj Prabhakar lives on the first floor in the same apartment in Sarvapriya Vihar. As per Sanhya Sharma, the former cricketer entered her house by breaking the lock of the main door.
Sanya in her complaint also told that some of the relatives stayed at her flat for some time but had left the flat in 2018 and has been locked since then. However some time ago, she got informed through her brother that some people are living at her flat illegally.

She said that In September, she did come to Delhi and investigate the matter. When she went to her flat, she found some unknown persons already living in the house.
She went on to say that Prabhakar and others have also got prepared illegal documents of the property.

“The woman claimed that when she tried to raise the issue, she was threatened with dire consequences. She claimed her flat was encroached upon by Prabhakar and others based on forged documents,” said the Police officer.

“After going through the initial investigation, a case has been registered at Malviya Nagar police station. We will call Prabhakar for questioning,” said a police officer.
