Here are some possible steps you could take to make the event a success:

Recruit volunteers: Reach out to your social network or advertise for volunteers to help with the planning and execution of the event. Volunteers can assist with tasks such as setting up equipment, running the sports games, providing refreshments, and cleaning up after the event.
Gather resources: Consider seeking donations or sponsorships to cover the costs of the event. You can also ask for donations of sports equipment, water bottles, snacks, or other items that may be needed.
Run the event: On the day of the event, ensure that everything is set up and ready to go. Make sure that the children are safe and supervised at all times, and that they have a fun and memorable experience participating in the sports games and activities.
Follow up: After the event, follow up with the orphanages and volunteers to get feedback on how the event went and to identify any areas for improvement. You can also use this feedback to plan for next year’s event memorable experience participating in the sports games and activities.
