Erik Biography: Raymond Rowe, popularly known by his ring name Erik, is an American professional wrestler, currently working in World Wrestling Entertainment for Raw brand. He is currently teaming up with Ivar in a tag team named The Viking Riders. Rowe began his career in 2003 with independent wrestling platforms after being trained by Josh Prohibition and Lou Marconi.

From the year 2003 to 2013, Rowe devoted his time on independent wrestling units and joined Ring of Honor in 2013 to 2017 where he teamed up with Hanson as War Machine defeated The Kingdom (Matt Taven and Michael Bennett) to win the ROH World Tag Team Championship.The duo lost the title to The Addiction (Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian).

In 2015, Rowe and Hanson made their Japanese debuts by featuring in wrestling units like Pro Wrestling Noah, New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW). The War Machine defeated Tencozy (Hiroyoshi Tenzan and Satoshi Kojima) to win the IWGP Tag Team Championship. They later lost the title to Guerrillas of Destiny (Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa).

Rowe and Hanson made their WWE main roster debut in 2018 and changed their tag team name from The War Machine to The Viking Riders. The Viking Riders has recently won WWE Raw Tag Team Championship for the first time.

Rowe began his professional wrestling career in 2003 with Independent wrestling platforms before joining the popular wrestling promotion Ring of Honor in 2013 where he won the ROH World Tag Team Championship as the tag team named as The War Machine with Hanson.

He became a part of several wrestling promotions including Anarchy Championship Wrestling, Absolute Intense Wrestling, Brew City Wrestling, Cleveland All Pro Wrestling, Fire Storm Pro Wrestling, International Wrestling Cartel, New Japan Pro Wrestling, Ring of Honor, NWA, VIP Wrestling and many more.

In 2015, Rowe and Hanson made their Japanese debuts by featuring in wrestling units like Pro Wrestling Noah, New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW). The duo War Machine made their debut for NJPW by entering the 2016 World Tag League where they finished with a record of four wins and three losses. In 2017, The War Machine defeated Tencozy (Hiroyoshi Tenzan and Satoshi Kojima) to win the IWGP Tag Team Championship. They later lost the title to Guerrillas of Destiny (Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa).

The War Machine changed their tag team to The War Raiders after signing a contract with WWE in 2018 The War Raiders defeated The Undisputed Era at NXT Takeover: Phoenix to win the NXT Tag Team Championships.

In the recent Superstar Shakeup event, Rowe and Hanson made their main roster debut on Raw and changed their name as Ivar and Erik. They also changed their tag team name as The Viking Raiders. The Viking Riders has recently won WWE Raw Tag Team Championship for the first time.
