“Dubai is not our Home” Rohit Sharma reject all false claim by Foreign Experts on India’s Unfair advantage

Indian Skipper Rohit Sharma shut down all critics on Men in Blue playing all their games in Champions Trophy at one location.

Sharma said “There is nothing like that, here in Dubai we have 4-5 surfaces and we need to play our game on any of these surfaces. It’s about adapting these surfaces quickly and understanding the requirement and playing your match accordingly”.

He added “Everytime we have played at these Dubai pitches, we played on three different surfaces and most importantly this is not our home. It’s Dubai we hardly matches here”.

His response came at the right time as Cricket Pundits from England including the likes of Naseer Husain and Michael Atherton stated “India playing all the matches at one place are getting undue advantage in that case they are understanding conditions much better than anyone else”.

In response Cricket Legend Sunil Gavaskar gave a befitting reply to them where he stated while talking to India Today “Inspite of them worrying about India playing all matches at one conditions. They should be bothered about what went wrong with England Cricket Team why they haven’t won single game in Champions Trophy 2025”.

Let me remind all viewers, even if India would have agreed to play all their matches in Pakistan, they would have played all their game at Lahore so there wasn’t travelling involved in that case.

The Question which we need to ask these Cricket expert from England how come Three Lions playing their both games in Lahore lost against Australia and Afghanistan who will answer that.

Sharma defended his tactics of picking several spinners in the squad which is bearing fruits now as he said “We closely observe ILT20 matches in Dubai, where fast bowlers were getting most wickets as the surface progress it got slower with time. that’s how we picked more spinners on this surface”.

He also added that we included Pant as an extra batter so depending on the combination we can pick players in our playing X1.

Pakistan have also joined England bandwagon as they would need a small things to make issues against India.

Several Cricket Experts including the likes of Inzimam Ul Haq stated that “India is getting undue advantage of playing all their games in Dubai so they know what kind of combination they need to march ahead”.

He further added “None of the cricket boards should sent their team in IPL, only then BCCI will learn”.

Based on my perspective, I would only say that, Pakistani cricketers might be bigger in stature but how they speak and conduct themselves make you loose respect for them even as neutral cricket fan.

No Cricket Board will deny their players to play in IPL as they get 15% commission from every player inducted in IPL.

That’s why all these boards barring Pakistan whom we share bad relations on border agreed to release their players to participate in IPL.

A special calendar is freeze for those two months.

India played their home world cup at all locations, if they would have thought of taking advantage as host they would have played at one location.

Don’t Forget BCCI generates more than 80% revenue for ICC and any sport can run based on financial model to make it worthy and more sustainable.
