Big Breaking: England Cricket Board Opposes Saudi Backed T20 League

As expected Saudi Arabia T20 League is in the planning phase and the event might be started soon where 8 teams will be competing against each other for the prestigious title.

The matches are supposed to be held in distinct countries where the final will be only played in Saudi Arabia.

The Purpose of organizing this league, is to empower all associate cricket playing nations where they can earn money and compete with the best in the business at the highest level.

Talking about the latest development, England Cricket Board while talking to Sydney Morning Herald due to hectic calendar in domestic T20 Leagues all over the world also our priority is sorted where we want to grow our Hundred Tournament.

However Cricket Australia is all in favor in support of backing Saudi Arabia T20 League, as they support the cause of empowering associate nation players all over the world.

Saudi Arabia T20 League, will be 4300 crore funded league and they can certainly pull up bigger leagues in Cricket considering their fantastic resume of purchasing teams in Football and organizing leagues like Football, Golf and F1 sport.

The other challenge in front of Saudi Arabia T20 League, is in regards to getting recognition from ICC.
