India’s Tennis stars Sania Mirza and Rohan Bopanna are into the Australian Open mixed doubles final as they beat Britain’s Neal Skupski and USA’s Desirae Krawczyk in the 3rd set of the match.
The Indian duo won the 1st set, lost the 2nd but their experience helped them bounce back in the 3rd set. For the first time since 2009, the pairing of Mirza-Bopanna have reached the finals of the first Grand slam of the year and Sania Mirza has a perfect chance of retiring on a high note.

It was truly a competitive contest as both the teams fought extremely hard until the end. Sania Mirza before the Australian Open announced that she will be retiring from competitive Tennis after the first Grand slam of the year.

Rohan Bopanna and Mirza’s pairing made the news due to their prolific outing against a US-UK pair in Semi-final 1 of the mixed doubles at the Rod Lavera Arena. They will be eager to find out their opponents as an Australian team and Brazilian team will lock horns later today.
