Amid all the controversy happening around India and Pakistan cricket board in reference to Asia Cup and based on the reports in different media outlets, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh will support BCCI to move Asia Cup out of Pakistan .

In retrospect, Afghanistan Cricket Board supports PCB on their instance of organizing marquee event in Pakistan.

“In case of India’s refusal to travel to Pakistan to compete in the Asia Cup, chances are there that the Pakistan government would not allow the Men in Green to cross the borders for their World Cup participation. In that case, cricket will be the ultimate sufferer,” Sethi had reportedly told reporters.
“There should be a middle way to solve problems that surely threaten the smooth hosting of ICC and ACC events. In case of India’s refusal to travel to Pakistan for the Asia Cup, the government will not allow us to travel to India to figure in the World Cup matches,” he further added.
Based on reports in distinct media outlets, Najam Sethi has clearly admitted that there should be hybrid venue when it comes to Asia Cup where he stated that “India will play their games at UAE while Pakistan will host rest of the teams at their backyard  in case India qualifies for the playoffs then rest of the matches will be played at UAE.
The recent move from distinct cricket boards in favor of BCCI, clearly indicates that Asia Cup will most probably will be held in Sri Lanka or UAE.
