Abhishek Pal’s Sports Career
At the 2013 Asian Youth Games in Nanjing, Abhishek Pal participated in his debut international competition and won the bronze medal in the 3000 metre run in 8:45.72 minutes. Abhishek Pal took home the silver medal in the 10,000-meter race at the 2016 Junior Asian Championships in Ho Chi Minh City in 31:24.06 minutes, and he placed 22nd at the U20 World Championships in Bydgoszcz in 30:22.86. At the Asian Championships in the capital city of Qatar i.e.; Doha in the year 2019, Abhishek Pal placed eighth in the 10,000 meters in 29:51.28 minutes and sixth in the 5000 meters in 13:56.09 minutes.
