Mumbai Indians has turned the tide in their favour and have emerged as one of the strongest teams this season after having a forgettable start to their IPL 2023 campaign. In order to have a chance of securing a play-off place, the five-time champions must defeat SunRisers Hyderabad in their last league stage encounter on Sunday.
They are hoping for an easy victory. The Rohit Sharma-led team was spotted working out in the gym prior to their match, but pacer Arjun Tendulkar’s arm-wrestling bout grabbed everyone’s attention.
Arjun Tendulkar, the son of Indian icon Sachin Tendulkar, could be seen in a video uploaded on MI Twitter exercising his arm-wrestling skills while the squad was in the gym. Prior to the SRH match, Arjun was not the only person observed lifting weights. Suryakumar Yadav and Vishnu Vinod were also among them.

Arjun has previously disclosed that he had been bitten by a dog prior to MI’s previous match versus Lucknow Super Giants. To see if he would have a chance against SRH will be fascinating.
He has appeared in many games for the five-time winners this year. The youthful all-rounder has taken three wickets in four games, at an average of 30.66 and an economy rate of 9.35. Arjun only had one opportunity to bat this season, but he took advantage of it by scoring 13 runs.
With four victories and two losses, MI has undoubtedly made the most of their home field, something Rohit Sharma’s team would like to maintain as they have one more chance to raise their Net Run Rate.
