Vaibhav Sooryavanshi posted a two-word message ahead of India's fourth T20I against West Indies in Hyderabad, The Times of India reported. India lead the five-match series 2-1, and whether the 15-year-old gets a chance has again become a major talking point.

Former chief selector Kris Srikkanth criticised Sooryavanshi being kept on the bench, Asianet Newsable reported, and Cricket Addictor reported that Srikkanth wants India to drop Abhishek Sharma.

Hindustan Times compared Sooryavanshi with Virender Sehwag, saying Sehwag changed Test batting with his fearless scoring while Sooryavanshi has taken aggression to new heights in T20 cricket.
