3. While SRH’s 227 remains the highest total this season, CSK’s 226 against RCB for the first innings remains the 2nd highest total in IPL this season. That match also saw a match aggregate of 400+ runs as the total stood for 444.

4. Australian youngster Tim David equaled a record of Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar which was set way back during the inaugural edition. Not with the Bat, David achieved this record with his fielding. He became the first player this season to take 4 catches in a match against during Mumbai’s match against SRH at Hyderabad.

5. When RCB took on CSK a few days ago, 33 sixes were smacked overall in the match. It was the 3rd highest ratio of sixes in a match while the previous 2 occasions first took place between RR Vs CSK on 20 September 2020 and CSK Vs RCB in April 15, 2018.
