Moments before (during the warm-ups) fans of Saudi Pro League outfit Al-Ittihad chanted World champion Lionel Messi’s name in front of Al-Nassr forward and International all time top goal scorer Cristiano Ronaldo. Al-Nassr and Al-Ittihad are the only 2 contenders for the Saudi top-flight title and this moment occurred just before their intense clash at King Abdullah Sports stadium.
As we all know, Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi share a famous rivalry of who is the better GOAT of this generation. The Portuguese and the Argentinian once had the most fiercest rivalry while they were playing for Real Madrid and FC Barcelona in La Liga.

The 38-year-old was seen getting extremely frustrated and also ripped off the Al-Nassr captain’s arm band following the narrow loss. Ronaldo was in utter disappointment as he shook his head walking towards the dressing room and also kicked 5 water bottles on the way.
After a terrific run of few games, Ronaldo has now failed to score in 2 consecutive matches and are a point below Saudi Pro League leaders Al-Ittihad.
