Prince William halted traffic outside Buckingham Palace in London for a game of cricket with some of the sport's biggest names, India Today reported.
ANI reported that Sourav Ganguly, Ajinkya Rahane, Brian Lara and Joe Root joined the friendly tennis-ball match, which was held ahead of the Earthshot awards. NDTV Sports reported that James Anderson also took part, and video of the game has been widely shared.
Moneycontrol quoted the players remarking that they were "missing Shane Warne" during the game.
