After a labour‑intensive first 72 minutes, Spurs, reduced to ten men, earned a point when Solanke struck late to level the score. United’s reply came earlier through Bryan Mbeumo, who finished from a cross after a Luke Shaw pass in the match.
The 1‑1 stalemate left Spurs frustrated but still unbeaten, while Arsenal’s win over Leeds moved them level on points with Manchester City at the top of the Premier League table ahead of City’s upcoming clash with Liverpool on Sunday.
