Former Indian cricketer and Delhi Capitals Assistant Coach Mohammad Kaif has hailed the performances of three young players from SunRisers Hyderabad against recently concluded match against Chennai Super Kings held tomorrow where Priyam Garg, Abhisekh Sharma and Abdul Samad who were instrumental in crunch situation for SRH and finally sealed the victory for the orange army.
SRH was struggling initially after choosing to bat first and was in trouble after losing the quick wickets of skipper Warner, Bairstow and Manish Pandey who was striking well but Garg held his nerve and batted brilliantly with Abhisekh Sharma to give Hyderabad a fighting total against mighty CSK.
He was equally complemented by Abdul Samad who contributed with both and ball and took over the bowling in the last over when 20 odd runs was needed by CSK against the likes of Ms Dhoni and Sam Curran. He balled brilliantly in the last over and they were able to defeat CSK by 7 runs in the end.
After watching brilliant performance from Priyam Garg who scored 51 runs from 26 balls while Sharma played an important knock of 31 runs and Samad who defended 28 runs in the last over. Kaif was pleased to see that and he Tweeted from his official account on Friday.

Delhi Capitals is all set to lock horns against Kolkata Knight Riders today as they will be looking to make a strong comeback after facing a defeat from SRH. Currently Delhi has played three matches in the ongoing edition of IPL 2020 where they have won 2 matches and lost one. It will be interesting to see that whether Ajinkya Rahane will make in Playing X1 for Delhi as he has still not played any match for Delhi Capitals in this edition. However Kaif said that Rahane is a great player but we are giving chances to youngster just to check that whether these young players are good enough to deliver in the crunch situation for the team or not.
