Hashim Amla is a professional cricket player, who plays for the South Africa National Cricket Team and has been a part of the outfit since 1999. He has been among the most successful players for the side. Hashim Amla has had a successful stint with the side. Hashim Amla was born on Mar 31, 1983, in Durban. Hashim Amla made his ODI/T20/Test debut for South Africa National Cricket Team on 1999.

Hashim Amla’s main role in the team is that of a batsman, and is a prolific Right-hand bat, having scored plenty of runs for the teams, both in domestic and international cricket. He can also bowl part-time spin/pace and bowls Slow Right-arm medium. He is a brilliant fielder and can field anywhere on the ground. He is good with both his, ground fielding and his catching.

Hashim Amla plays for the South Africa National Cricket Team in ODI/T20/Test format. He represents  Barbados Tridents, Cape Cobras, Derbyshire, Dolphins, Essex, Kings XI Punjab, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa XI, Trinbago Knight Riders, World-XI team in domestic cricket and is also a part of the Indian Premier League team Delhi Capitals, Gujarat Lions. He has also previously played for Delhi Capitals, in the Indian Premier League.
