Cricketer Harmanpreet Kaur has joined Perfetti Van Melle India to serve as ambassador of the Centre Fruit product in an effort to appeal to a broader population. Online Influencer RJ Sukriti, who is portrayed as the main character of the ‘Mood Ting Tong League’ ad, engages in amusing banter alongside the cricketer while playing gully cricket.
According to the brand, the marketing effort is a digital miniseries that aims to reflect India’s love of sports, particularly women’s cricket, via the concept of gully cricket. The corporation claimed that Kaur is in a good position to support this notion because she recently led Mumbai Indians to success in the first ever edition of the Women’s Premier League by beating Delhi Capitals in the final.
Center Fruit’s latest product is the new Tennis ball shaped Chewing gum which is actually a Pineapple flavored eatable. Tennis Balls and gully cricket has a special connection in India and the brand is aiming to connect a large number of people through the development of Women’s Cricket in India as well.
