Welsh Fire pulled off a thrilling 8-wicket win over Northern Superchargers on Tuesday in the Men’s Hundred Competition. The star of the was their opener Stephen Eskinazi.

Stephen Eskinazi scored a superb fifty to help Welsh Fire to an eight-wicket victory. The star batter went on to score 58 off 28 balls, with five fours and three sixes, as Fire chased down Superchargers’ total of 159 with 10 balls to spare.

Jonny Bairstow and Joe Clarke were also in good form and made a handful of contributions with their 44 and 42 respectively.
For Superchargers, it was Harry Brook who top-scored with his unbeaten 105 off 42 balls and won the Man of the Match award despite the loss to Fire.

For the Fire, Eskinazi scored 58 off 28 balls, including 5 fours and 3 sixes, as they chased down the target of 159 with 10 balls to spare in the inning.
