IPL 2019 | 14th Match: RR vs RCB Match Prediction

RR VS RCB MATCH PREDICTION

RR vs RCB Match Prediction: Royal Challengers’ lean run in the IPL continues as they suffered defeat in their third consecutive match this season. Virat Kohli and Co. have a lot to sort out in terms of combinations, while, on the other hand, Rajasthan Royals haven’t made any significant impression either, having lost all three matches they have played so far.

Seemingly, Royal Challengers Bangalore haven’t learned a lot from their previous season’s mistakes, as they still possess a fragile bowling department, lacking potent bowling options in the side. However, the likes of Marcus Stoinis and Coulter-Nile will be joining RCB’s squad in the next match, which will surely give Kohli some confidence ahead of the game against Rajasthan Royals.

Royals played well in the last game against CSK, however, in spite of Stokes-Archer show in the death overs, Rahane and Co. lost the match against well-balanced CSK on Sunday. Ajinkya Rahane and Co. will be itching to claim their first win of the tournament.

Here’s a look at some of the key players in their side and dream11 team for today match:-

  1. Virat Kohli

Virat Kohli will obviously be once again one of the key members in the RCB’s squad in the match against RR. The Indian skipper hasn’t enjoyed a good run with the bat so far, as the fans will be expecting him to score a big inning against Rajasthan on Tuesday.

  1. Ab De Villiers

It’s high time when De Villiers should take responsibility to play till the end and see his team through as RCB seek De Villiers’ masterclass in the coming matches for RCB. In the three matches he has played so far, the South African batsman played one sensational knock of 70 runs of 41 balls in the game against Mumbai Indians but failed in the other two. One expects, that one big inning from MR. 360 is just around the corner.

  1. Marcus Stoinis

The Australia series against Pakistan has come to an end, as Virat would be eager to draft Stoinis in the eleven. Marcus Stoinis is likely to play in the next match for RCB against the Royals as he will look to make an impact in the first match of his IPL career.

  1. Ajinkya Rahane

Fighting for a place in the limited overs side, IPL 2019 is his biggest opportunity in a bid to knock the doors of the selectors. And, being a captain of Royals, Rahane has a lot to figure out in the lead up to the contest against RCB. So far, the Royals’ skipper has just a single half-century under his belt in three games, as he will look to add some runs in his kitty on Tuesday.

  1. Steve Smith

Unlike David Warner, Steve Smith has made a below-par comeback, with the scores of 20 and 28 in the two matches he has batted so far. Undoubtedly, Steve Smith is one of the vital cogs in the Royals’ squad, as the fans would expect him to notch a big inning in the next match against RCB.

Head To Head

RR vs RCB Match Prediction: Rajasthan Royals and Royal Challengers Bangalore have played 19 matches against each other in the Indian Premier League. The Royals have won nine matches, while RCB have managed to win eight. And the remaining two have not yielded any results.
