R Ashwin Cheeky Moment: Ravichandran Ashwin was yet again all over social media for playing with the ICC rules as he delivered a cheeky, wrong-footed delivery, where his front-arm didn’t move either, in the Tamil Nadu Premier League match between Dindigul Dragons and Chepauk Super Gillies.
Ashwin always finds a trick up his sleeve to decimate the opposition in the most bizarre way possible. It was the fourth ball of the last over when Ravichandran Ashwin delivered a cheeky delivery that sent social media into splits.
Ashwin bowled the ball, before the popping crease, leaving his action incomplete while the non-bowling arm ceased to move. It was a gully-cricket moment coming to life on the big stage.
The fans Reacted to it and Lauded Ashwin for this Cheekiness.

Ashwin bowling with another new action. Bowling without using the front-arm and on the wrong foot.
Dindigul Dragons have defended 115 runs. 🙏

Earlier, Ashwin hit the headlines when he mankaded Jos Buttler in the IPL game where Rajasthan Royals were cruising in the game, but Ashwin’s astuteness led to Kings XI Punjab’s comeback, and they won the game.
Ashwin recently was playing County Cricket for Nottinghamshire, where he was in red hot form, and seems to have brought it back to TNPL.
Ravichandran Ashwin played a vital hand with the bat, scoring quickfire 37 in a low-scoring game and then bowled a disciplined spell to help his team Dindigul Dragons win the match.
M Silambarasan was the star with the ball as he took 4 Chepauk Super Gillies wickets and helped them defend a paltry total of 114.
