Smith's 22nd first-innings century came in his 174th innings in Test cricket

This record-breaking century came off 184 balls and included 15 fours.

Smith's century helped Australia to total of 416, highest first-innings total at Lord's since 2015.

Smith is now the fourth-highest run-scorer in Ashes history, with 3,176 runs.

He is only behind Don Bradman (5,023 runs), Jack Hobbs (4,655 runs) and Wally Hammond (3,879 runs).
