Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino called on his players to "grow up"
After they suffered a 1-0 defeat to Aston Villa in the Premier League on Saturday.
The Blues have now lost three of their last four games in all competitions
And they are currently in 14th place in the Premier League table
"I think we need to grow up like a team, not only in an individual way," Pochettino said after the match.
"We need to learn to compete for more time in the game, not just for 20 or 30 minutes."
"We need to be more consistent. We need to be more mature. We need to be more of a team."
