Igor Stimac, the head coach of the Indian national football team, has revealed that his goal is to take India to the FIFA World Cup.
Stimac said that he has been working on a long-term plan to improve the Indian team
and that he believes that they have the potential to qualify for the World Cup in the future.
He said that the key to success is to give the national team players more time to play together and to invest in youth development
Stimac also said that he is confident that India can compete with the top teams in Asia if they continue to improve.
Stimac said that he wants to change the philosophy of the Indian team
from being "reactive" to being "proactive"
He said that he wants the team to be more possession-based and to create more chances in attack.
