FIFA World Cup 2026 Qualifiers: India's Group A Schedule

For the 2026 FIFA World Cup/AFC Asian Cup 2027 Qualifiers, the Indian National Football Team has been put in a difficult group.

In their group games, the Blue Tigers will face previous year's hosts and champions Qatar, Kuwait, and either Afghanistan or Mongolia.

The winner of the game between Afghanistan and Mongolia will be put in their group following the conclusion of the first round of qualifiers.

They will play their three group opponents in a home-and-away format as part of the format.

This means they will play three games at home and three games in the countries of their opponents.

The qualifiers are set to begin on November 16, 2023, and will go until June 11, 2024.
