There is a new framework being implemented by the Indian government that forbids the operation of online games that involve gambling.

Multiple Self Regulatory Organizations(SRO) have established a framework to decide whether or not real money gambling will take place or not.

The decision will be taken further to decide whether real money gaming will be permitted or not going further.

There have been some amazing reactions on this framework designed by online gaming by government of India.

“Online gaming” will include all those games that are available on Internet and it is accessible on Computer .

In online gaming, winning can be anything a cash prize, cash or Kind which is awarded to distinct user based on the kind of performance they will display on the table.

The winner will be decided based on how the rules of the game have been laid out on the ground.

Lokesh Suji currently serving as the Director of Esports Federation of India and Vice President of Asian Esports federation is elated with this new framework by Government of India which has clearly made a distinction between online gaming and real money gaming.

Also the confusion that was going for so long where I gaming and Esports were put under one framework will no longer remain confuision.
